All INCEIF faculty, staff and students need to present their INCEIF card upon entry to the KMC. The card will also be required when wanting to borrow books, use reserve materials, or to request a password.

Access to the KMC may vary according to academic calendars and public holidays.

Access may also be limited during weekends. For more detailed information, please consult the Calendar & Date page.

Many of our books are available on loan. Borrowing limits depends on the individual membership privileges and KMC policies.

Renewals can be made in person at the service counter or online. Courtesy borrowing reminders are sent informing of the date for the item to be returned or renewed.

Fines will be imposed for any overdue/late return items.
